Laura and I always strive to provide excellent customer service to everyone who visits Into The Wild, whether it is through our web store or retail store front. In order to continue to better ourselves and provide the best customer service possible, we look to our customers to let us know how we are doing. Simon checks out the new plushies from Into The Wild (he was left with the dark one) LOL! We call it the Ferret-saurus! HAHAHA! Simon sez: "It fits nicely unner da bed wit all mah udder stuffies! Tanks U, InTo DA wiLD!".

Woo-Hoo....I got my plush ferret today! It is the perfect compliment to the plush Black-Footed ferret I bought from Prairie Wildlife Research in Pittsburgh, PA at the 2008 Ferret Symposium! -June P.

Yes. It arrived yesterday just in time for my wife’s birthday party tonight. She fell in love with the Red River Hog at Tampa’s Lowery Park Zoo so I am sure she will be surprised and excited when she opens the package tonight and sees it. Thanks again.

The Lemur is for my 2 year old (actually she is two today), she loves Zoboomafoo and he is nearly impossible to find but I know he is a Sifaka Lemur and the one you sell is the most identical to the actual Lemur! The aardvark arrived in perfect condition & very quickly. Thank You so much. My granddaughter is 20 months old & learned about aardvarks from a Sesame Street Video & she loved running around saying aardvark. Brenna's Raven arrived yesterday. She really was suprised! By the end of the evening she had named him "Evermore"! And she did like the Panda.

Well the package arrived yesterday, Thursday, with the mail. Brenna arrived home from school as the mailman was leaving the porch. She was thrilled. She took her Fennec Fox to school with her today, in her purse. She told me this morning the next one she wants is the raven. Planning ahead that girl!

... Once again it is a real pleasure doing business with such a fine company. I mean that sincerely. It took me forever, and constant pressure from Brenna, to order anything on line. It just seemed so iffy to me. (I am still cautious when I put my charge card out there.) But not with "Into the Wild".

I was delighted to see my package come so quickly in the mail – and even more delighted to see the wonderful animals, one by one, as I took them out of the box. My daughter and her husband are expecting a baby in March, and for her baby shower (tomorrow) I am wrapping these endangered animals in the blanket I made for Alyssa before she was born. The African Wild Dog plushy arrived in perfect shape, and in such a short amount of time. My youngest daughter, Brenna, is 16 and quite mature for her age..........EXCEPT for African Wild Dog stuffed animals. She now has four, one is a hand puppet. She received the first one from the Columbus Ohio Zoo when she was eight. She asked for one for Christmas and I could not find it anywhere. She E-mailed me your web-site Christmas Night. Hi Patrick,

Great news - the antelope arrived in Perth today!

They traveled the long flight to Australia exceptionally well and after a brief stay in Sydney Quarantine (where they were given the all clear), they continued on the final leg of their journey by land to Perth. The small monkey that accompanied them was a lovely surprise and no doubt he will be a wonderful addition to our zoo.

All arrived safely in fine spirits and we are in the process of settling them into their new home.

Many thanks for all your help and patience - As mentioned in previous e-mails, we had never been able to obtain these antelopes in Australia and were proving very difficult to locate and transport but you made the whole process a joy.
