We personally inspect and hand pack all products being shipped for quality assurance and order accuracy. All orders are wrapped securely in plastic to insure that they are not damaged or weathered. Each order also comes with a FREE gift as our way of saying thank you!
 
Most orders are shipped within one to three business days of payment received via US postal service. We ship to Canada and all US State locations including Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders please contact us via email info@into-the-wild.org International orders may be subject to brokerage fees or duties and must be paid by the customer (sorry, we have no control of this.)
 
Shipments can typically take 3 to 7 "business days"  to arrive from the time they are sent out (saturday and sunday excluded ) within the continental US and Canada. All others can take 1-2 weeks however, arrival time can not be guaranteed for international orders.  Please notify us via email or phone if your package requires rush delivery.
 
All shipments come with delivery confirmation which allow our customers to track their orders. ALL shipments are insured and include a tracking number which will be sent to you via email confirmation.  * Please note that we can not ship to post office box numbers as protection for you, our valued customers. Please be certain to provide an actual street address when ordering*
 
We try to have all of our items in stock and available for immediate shipment. Please understand that some products may take longer to ship due to store and manufacturer availability. This is especially true during the Christmas holiday season. Christmas orders must be received and paid for by Dec. 18th to ensure timely arrival (applies to US and Canadian orders).
 
Items without an "Add To Cart" Button often means that stock for that item is limited or may have to be special ordered. Please call us for availability (716 861 9385) or send us an email.
 
How To Order
 
Online Shopping Cart:
Shop online 24/7 with our convenient shopping cart. We accept credit and debit card payments securely through PayPal. You do not need to have an account or sign up for a Paypal account to use our online shopping cart. Paypal also keeps your financial information private. 
 
Money Order:
Please contact us via email or phone regarding payments by money order (please include item numbers, quantity each and your shipping information). Orders paid in this matter can not be processed until payment is received.
 
Order By Phone
Please call us to place your order by phone at (716) 861- 9385. There are a few payment options available when ordering by phone. Local customers please place your orders by phone.
 
Please note that PayPal has changed their shopping cart system. Shipping charges do not appear until after you click the "proceed to checkout" button and enter your zip code.  Shipping and handling rates are listed in the next section.

Echanges or Refunds:

We value our customers and offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed ! Return your merchandise in its original condition, including attached original hangtags and packaging along with a copy of your original sales receipt within 10 days of receipt, and we will exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount. Shipping charges are nonrefundable

If you paid with a money order or credit card, we will issue a refund in the same manner. Shipping charges are nonrefundable

Shipments arriving with damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days.

Damages must be reported to carrier immediately and damage to merchandise claim filed with carrier and reported to Into The Wild ™ within 5 days of receipt.

Returns must have prior authorization. All requests for return of merchandise must be addressed to us via email or phone within 5 days and must include:

  • reason for return
  • original invoice
  • item number and quantity returned
  • the item returned must be returned in pristine condition with no alterations, including attached original hangtags and in original packaging within 10 days of receipt

We cannot issue a refund for merchandise which is damaged on its way back to us or which we do not receive.  Please send returned merchandise via an insured shipping method with a tracking and confirmation number. Special orders can not be refunded. Once we recieve your returned merchandise in satisfactory condition, your refund or credit will be issued promptly (within 1- 3 days)

Please Note: ALL returns or exchanges must be addressed to us via email or phone and approved prior to shipping (all returns must be insured through the courier for the merchandise amount). Once approved you must send us a confirmation email which includes all tracking information and estimated arrival time when you have shipped the item back..
